Jacob Kang victorious at Puget Sound Amateur
Jacob Kang of Mill Creek, Washington won the 59th Puget Sound Amateur contested at Chambers Bay. Kang, a high school senior and SeattleU golf commit, posted a 69 at Lake Spanaway GC and a 76 at Chambers Bay for a 2-stroke margin of victory. In 2023, Kang won the overall title at the inaugural playing of the NW Golf Report Spring Classic.
