120th PNGA Women’s Amateur Championship

🏁Final: 120th PNGA Women’s Amateur Championship from Salishan GL in Gleneden Beach, OR.

Lauryn Nguyen of Seattle, WA, the reigning Big Ten Freshman of the Year at Northwestern University, won the championship. Nguyen won stroke play medalist honors, never had a match go to the final hole and played 114 holes en route to the win. Angela Arora of Surrey, BC finished as runner-up.

In the 20th PNGA Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship, Amanda Jacobs won her 5th title. Jacobs has now won the PNGA Women’s Mid-Amateur in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2021 and 2022. Jacobs won a hard fought match over stroke play qualifying medalist Gretchen Johnson of Portland, OR.
