🏁Final: U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifying from Circling Raven GC in Worley, ID. 18-hole qualifier staged by WA Golf with 2 spots available to the 2022 U.S. Junior Amateur at Bandon Dunes. Max Herendeen of Bellevue, WA and Charlie Palmer of Paradise Valley, AZ posted rounds of 69 and won a 3-for-2 playoff to earn the qualifying spots. 8th grader Drew Woolworth of Lake Oswego, OR is the first alternate.

Max Herendeen, a junior in high school and a commit to the University of Illinois, birdied three of his final four holes. Herendeen continued strong play from May into June. In May, Herendeen won the WJGA Players Open, advanced through U.S. Open Local Qualifying and won WIAA 3A State with rounds of 68-63!

Three more qualifiers for the 2022 U.S. Junior Amateur remain in the NW. More juniors play qualifiers on June 12 at OGA GC, June 21 at Port Ludlow GC and June 28 at RedHawk GC.
