🏆🏆🏆Final: Wheaton Ennis and Kelli Ann Strand are first ever three-time winners of Dropping Junior Championship at Idaho’s RedHawk

🏁Final: 55th Annual Dropping Junior Championship from RedHawk GC in Nampa, ID. 54-hole junior championship with a long history of strong participants. Wheaton Ennis of Eagle, ID and Kelli Ann Strand of Challis, ID each won their divisions for a record third time.

Wheaton Ennis, the champion in 2020 and 2021, shot rounds of 65-65-71 for a five-stroke victory. Ennis set the RedHawk competitive course record in the first round with his 65 and then matched the record in the second round. Derek Lekkerkerk also tied the competitive course record with a second-round 65.

Kelli Ann Strand, the champion in 2019 and 2021, won the title with a 13-stroke margin of victory. Strand, a Nebraska signee, also won by double digits at the 2022 Idaho 2A High School Golf State Championships in May.
