🤠Final: Stuart Macdonald out-duels pro competition for Asher Tour win at McCormick Shootout

🏁Final: McCormick Shootout on the Asher Tour from McCormick Ranch GC – Pine Course in Scottsdale, Arizona. 36-hole professional event on the formerly named Golden State Tour featured more than ten NW players in the field.

Stuart Macdonald of Vancouver, B.C. out-dueled the competition to earn the title and first place prize of $5,000. Macdonald of Point Grey G&CC, who has over 70 career starts on the Korn Ferry Tour and registered a t9 in the 2022 KFT Lake Charles Championship, posted rounds of 69-66 for a one-stroke victory. Over 36 holes, Macdonald, who came home to play the 2022 Vancouver Open, registered only one bogey against eight birdies and one eagle.

Additional top-five finishes from NW players included KFT card holder Daniel Miernicki of Oregon and Oregon State Beavers alum Spencer Tibbits (an amateur).
